Hey guys!! Sorry I have been slacking. I have had a horrible couple of days eating wise. Yesterday was my students last day of school. I started out good with my FIRST yes FIRST Green Monster made with 2 handfuls spinach, a cup of Almond Breeze, a handful of blueberries, and half of a frozen banana. It was amazig and I was feeling good. Then when the students came in, one of them had brought donuts for the class, so I had half of a cake donut. I had half of a day with the kids and when they finally headed out, the school supplied us with a pulled bbq sandwich lunch with mashed potatoes and green beans. I ate about 3/4 of my plate of food. The rest of the afternoon was filled with end of the year work we had to get done. The girls from work THEN had a wedding shower for me. It was a lot of fun with A LOT OF CAKE and munchies. I got home feeling gross and bloated and didn’t eat anything. Well, there was my Thursday in a nutshell!! TOMORROW (Saturday) I have a bridal shower brunch then it’s back on track. Please please please give me some motivational words, I really need them right now before old habits start slipping back in:-(
